1and1 doesn't support folder name/file name in Chinese

Just did a quick test and found out all Chinese file name/folder name are "??" in 1and1 service...
Sent an email to support@1and1.com, waitting for the answer...

1and 1 Affiliate Program

There are 2 ways to join the affiliate program of 1and1.com.
1. add banner to my websites
2. forward all my not-in-use domain to 1and1.com

All of these need to be done in account tab in control panel.
