Fedora provides standard application with GNOME GUI to manage the CUPS printing service. But it looks like the HTTP based service is more flexible, and the more important thing -- more reliable.
Met a problem when sharing with Windows desktop. The solution is to create a class in CUPS management system. And then configure the Windows printer to use a port like "https://gateway:631/classes/<printer name>". The following page gave me a hint:
